Our website helps you explore inventory and contact our team. Vehicle purchases, deposits, financing and transportation require their own applicable agreements and disclosures. These website terms do not replace those documents or rights provided by law.
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse forms, impersonate another person or copy content for unauthorized commercial use. You may save listings for your personal vehicle search.
We may update these terms for future website use. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing purchase agreement.
Inventory & pricing
Vehicles are subject to prior sale. Please confirm availability with our sales team before arranging travel, financing or delivery. Submitting a form does not reserve a vehicle.
We aim to keep photos, specifications, equipment, condition and mileage accurate. Mileage may change while a vehicle is in inventory. Ask us to confirm the VIN, options, vehicle history and current odometer reading for the exact vehicle you are considering.
Request an itemized written quote showing the vehicle price, applicable taxes, title and registration charges, and any requested delivery or optional products. Charges must be disclosed and included in advertised prices where required by law.
If a listing contains an error, we will clarify it before proceeding. Corrections do not override a binding agreement, required disclosures or applicable consumer rights.
Requests, deposits & financing
Buy Now is a purchase request. The button opens a contact form; submitting it does not complete a sale, process a payment or guarantee a reservation. Make an Inquiry and delivery quote forms also send requests for our team to review.
A purchase moves forward after availability, price and the required documents are confirmed. Contact [email protected] for purchase arrangements.
Before paying a deposit, obtain and sign the written deposit terms, including the amount, reservation period and refund conditions. Deposits are non-refundable only where that condition is disclosed and agreed in writing and permitted by law; any written exception or statutory refund right still applies.
If financing is requested, approval, rates and repayment terms are subject to the lender’s assessment and separate documents. A website inquiry is not a financing approval or an authorization to obtain a credit report.
Condition, warranties & returns
Review the vehicle-specific Buyer’s Guide, inspection information, history disclosures and purchase documents before buying. Ask questions about condition, prior damage, repairs, title status and any remaining manufacturer coverage. An independent pre-purchase inspection can help you assess the vehicle.
Warranty coverage, if offered, must be identified in the applicable documents. A service contract is separate from a warranty and has its own coverage, exclusions and claim procedures. These website terms do not declare every vehicle “as is” or waive required inspection obligations, enforceable warranties or consumer protections.
Any agreed cancellation or return policy must be provided in writing. Your rights arising from defects, misrepresentation or applicable law are not limited by these website terms.
Delivery & outside services
Delivery availability and pricing depend on the vehicle, destination ZIP code, route and carrier availability. Confirm the transport quote and arrangements before booking. See our Shipping page for an overview.
Pickup and transit times shown on the site are estimates. Route conditions, weather and carrier scheduling can affect arrival. Any specific contractual delivery commitment remains subject to its agreed terms and applicable law.
Carrier cargo insurance is subject to the actual policy, limits, exclusions and claim requirements. Ask for coverage details before dispatch. Inspect the vehicle on arrival, record concerns on the delivery report, take photos and promptly contact the carrier and Day Motors. These steps do not remove rights you may otherwise have.
Independent lenders, carriers and service providers have their own terms. Review them before accepting a service. Their involvement does not exclude Day Motors’ own legal responsibilities.
Privacy & contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how website and form information is handled. The purchase request may ask for your contact details, address and a photo of the front of your ID. Provide only the requested information; do not add Social Security numbers, payment card details or bank account numbers to message fields.
